Alex is a passionate and driven leader in the behavioral healthcare field, with a history of clinical work and a wealth of experience across nearly every role in treatment. Over seven years, he has worked as a house manager, operations manager, drug and alcohol counselor, director of utilization review, admissions director, business development director, executive director, and chief operating officer. Today, Alex serves as Business Development Executive at Voyager Recovery Center, where he draws on that background to build relationships with referral partners and help individuals and families find the right care. Alex is an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (ICADC-II) and has spent years honing his clinical skill set. He is proud to represent Voyager Recovery Center and dedicates a great deal of energy to ensuring that the quality of care and company culture remain at the highest standards. In his free time, Alex spends weekends traveling to ride downhill mountain bikes and ski, and he is currently working toward certification as an open water rescue scuba diver. He stays motivated by providing a good life for his partner and his pit bull, Benny.
