André Evans, MS, MFT, is a dedicated and clinically experienced therapist who has been registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences since 2013. With over a decade of professional practice, André has developed a comprehensive and nuanced clinical skill set through work across diverse treatment environments throughout the State of California, including multiple school districts, as well as both inpatient and outpatient settings, specializing in dual diagnosis and co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.
Throughout his career, André has provided therapeutic services to a broad spectrum of populations, working with clients across the lifespan—from children and adolescents to adults and geriatric individuals. His clinical experience encompasses the full continuum of psychiatric severity, from mild presentations to acute and chronic mental health conditions, allowing him to deliver informed, adaptable, and evidence-based care tailored to each client’s level of need.


André’s areas of clinical specialization include anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), developmental and learning disabilities, and substance use disorders. He is trained and certified in Family Trauma interventions, psycho-diagnostic evaluation, and empirically supported treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. His approach integrates structured, research-based techniques with a client-centered and trauma-informed framework, supporting both symptom stabilization and long-term functional improvement.


Outside of his professional work, André maintains an active lifestyle and values personal wellness. He enjoys engaging in a wide range of sports, both as a participant and spectator, and regularly incorporates physical activity into his routine through exercise, hiking, and yoga.
