Case Manager

Michael Pott is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC-II) and Case Manager at Voyager, with four years of experience in behavioral health and recovery support. Since entering the field in 2021, Michael has been dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges of substance use and build sustainable paths toward recovery.

Michael’s passion for this work is deeply rooted in personal experience. After overcoming more than a decade of addiction and achieving sobriety in 2021, he brings a unique level of empathy, insight, and authenticity to his role. His lived experience, combined with witnessing addiction within his family, fuels his commitment to supporting others in their recovery journeys.

At Voyager, Michael is known for his strong sense of integrity and his ability to connect with clients through honesty, open-mindedness, and willingness. He strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood and empowered. His goal is for every individual he works with to leave treatment believing that lasting sobriety is possible.

Michael has experience working with a wide range of challenges, including family conflict, codependency, and homelessness. He is dedicated to meeting clients where they are and helping them rebuild their lives based on principled living, while teaching the skills and confidence needed for long-term recovery.
